Empire Records

Manager Joe tries to keep Empire afloat while his employees wrestle with their own messes. Corey, played by Liv Tyler, decides today is the day she loses her virginity. A.J. works up the nerve to confess he loves her. Debra shaves her head, a clerk gambles away the day's takings, and a teenage shoplifter strolls in like he owns the place. All of it unfolds across a single shift, with rock blasting from the speakers the whole time.
