Azrael

Azrael (2024) is a near-silent horror thriller you can watch online on iFILM, set in a world where speaking out loud has become a sin. After some unnamed catastrophe, the survivors live mute in the forest, terrified of whatever lurks between the trees.

Samara Weaving plays Azrael, a young woman the local cult intends to offer up to an ancient evil. She breaks free and runs. What follows is a chase through the woods, with the devout hunting her down while things far worse than people wait in the dark. There is almost no dialogue here. Glances, breath and sound carry the whole story.
