Synopsis
Anne of Green Gables (2016) is a Canadian family drama you can watch online on iFILM, directed by John Kent Harrison. An elderly brother and sister on Prince Edward Island send for a boy to help on the farm. They get Anne Shirley instead — a red-haired orphan with no filter, a head full of daydreams, and an opinion on absolutely everything.

Montgomery's 1908 novel has been adapted many times; this version stays close to the source and puts character above spectacle.
