Synopsis
Cold Prey (Fritt vilt, 2006) is a Norwegian slasher you can watch online on iFILM. Five friends head into the Jotunheimen mountains for a snowboarding trip. One broken leg later, no cell signal and no way out, they take shelter in an abandoned ski lodge.
The lodge is dark, silent, and very obviously not empty. Director Roar Uthaug — who later made The Wave and the 2018 Tomb Raider — builds his dread through architecture rather than gore: long corridors, wrong turns, and the particular horror of being trapped somewhere that was already forgotten by everyone else. Ingrid Bolsø Berdal leads the cast as Jannicke and anchors the film when the body count starts climbing.
