Constantine (Season 1)

Constantine (2014) is a supernatural horror series you can watch online on iFILM. John Constantine is a chain-smoking exorcist and occult scholar who has already given up on saving his own damned soul.

Matt Ryan plays him as a man with a sharp tongue, a worse temper, and a habit of cleaning up other people's messes for cash or out of old guilt. The story kicks off when dark forces start hunting Liv, the daughter of one of his closest friends. Constantine drops his attempt to walk away from the trade and gets back to work: banishing demons, trading in dark magic, bargaining with whatever crawls out of hell. A guardian-angel cab driver named Chas and the cryptic messenger Manny ride along, while something far larger gathers in the background.

Adapted from DC's Hellblazer comics, with the pilot directed by Neil Marshall, the show ran a single season of thirteen episodes on NBC. Expect grim visuals and a hero who jokes his way through the apocalypse. Stream Constantine (2014) online on iFILM.
