Sing

Sing (2016) is an Illumination musical comedy you can watch online on iFILM. In a city run by animals, a koala named Buster Moon owns a crumbling theater and one last idea to save it: a singing contest with a five-figure cash prize.

A typo on the flyer turns the prize into a hundred thousand dollars, and the whole city shows up to audition. Rosita is an exhausted pig raising twenty-five piglets who still dreams of the spotlight. Johnny is a gorilla who wants to sing instead of robbing banks with his crew. Ash is a teenage porcupine ditching her cheating boyfriend, and Mike is a con-artist mouse who thinks he's the best act in town. Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Taron Egerton and Seth MacFarlane lend their voices.

Director Garth Jennings packs the film with more than eighty songs, from Stevie Wonder to Katy Perry, with Matthew McConaughey voicing Buster himself. It's a warm, slightly chaotic story about people who finally decide to sing out loud. Stream Sing (2016) online on iFILM.
