Robin (Chris O'Donnell) chafes at living in Batman's shadow, and a new ally suits up: Batgirl, played by Alicia Silverstone. Saving Gotham means the duo has to stop fighting each other first.

The fourth entry in the 1990s franchise leans hard into everything it gets teased for — rubber suits with sculpted muscles, candy-colored sets, and Schwarzenegger's parade of ice puns.
