Synopsis

It follows PK, a young English boy growing up alone in South Africa during the 1930s and 1940s, in a country where racial laws dictated where you could walk, work, and dream.
PK finds an unlikely teacher in Geel Piet, a prisoner played by Morgan Freeman with quiet authority. Geel hands him boxing and a motto: fight with your fists and lead with your heart. As PK moves toward adulthood, he realises the hardest match is not in the ring but against the walls that divide the world around him. Stephen Dorff plays the older PK, supported by Armin Mueller-Stahl and a young Daniel Craig in one of his earliest film roles.
