Synopsis

The Brink's Job (1978) — watch online William Friedkin's crime comedy based on the real 1950 Boston heist, with Peter Falk, Peter Boyle, and Gina Rowlands on iFILM. In January of that year, a gang of small-time crooks walked out of Brink's main office in Boston with over two million dollars — more than anyone in their circle had ever seen or knew how to hide.

Peter Falk plays Tony Pino, a street-smart petty thief who has been casing the Brink's building for years. Peter Boyle is his calculating partner Joe McGinnis, the one who can actually plan a score. The job itself comes off smoother than it has any right to. Keeping the crew quiet afterward is a different problem entirely, and the FBI has all the time in the world.

Friedkin plays it as dark comedy — these are not master criminals, they are ordinary men who pulled off something extraordinary and then couldn't live with the secret. Stream The Brink's Job (1978) online on iFILM.
