Synopsis

When Professor Brody perfects a vaccine that ends dog allergies, he accidentally breaks an ancient truce between felines and canines. The cats, commanded by the hairless schemer Mr. Tinkles, want nothing less than control of the planet. Standing in their way is Lou, a clumsy beagle puppy who gets recruited overnight into a high-tech canine spy ring full of gadgets that would make any secret agent jealous. The voice cast packs in Tobey Maguire, Alec Baldwin, Sean Hayes and Susan Sarandon, while Jeff Goldblum and Elizabeth Perkins handle the human side.
