Synopsis

Cab driver Harris picks up a woman named Penny on a desolate stretch of road at night. She's charming, a little mysterious, clearly carrying something she's not ready to name. They talk. Then she vanishes from the back seat without a trace or explanation. Harris barely has time to process it before he finds himself at the beginning of the same ride — same highway, same darkness, Penny climbing in again.
The loop isn't played for horror or puzzle-box mechanics; it's quieter than that. Kelly's script turns the repeated ride into a compressed love story, the kind where two people slowly figure out what they mean to each other with the clock running. The whole film lives in a single interior and holds together entirely on the strength of two performances. For a low-budget indie, that's exactly the right gamble.
