The Rook (Season 1)

The Rook (2019) is a British-American supernatural thriller series you can watch online on iFILM — based on Daniel O'Malley's novel of the same name. Emma Greenwell plays Myfanwy Thomas, who wakes up in a London park surrounded by bodies, all wearing latex gloves, with no memory of who she is. A note in her pocket, left by her past self, tells her one thing clearly: someone inside her own organisation wanted her gone.

That organisation is the Checquy — a covert British agency staffed entirely by people with paranormal abilities. Myfanwy used to be one of its senior operatives. Now she has to rebuild her identity from letters her earlier self wrote for exactly this moment, while figuring out which of her colleagues tried to erase her. Joely Richardson, Olivia Munn and Adrian Lester round out the cast.
