But the further Ulysses digs, the clearer it becomes that Normal is anything but: Mayor Kibner — played by Henry Winkler — radiates small-town warmth that doesn't quite add up, and the enigmatic Moira (Lena Headey) is carrying a secret that runs through the whole community. Every friendly face hides a piece of the puzzle.
