Young doctor John Gordon brings home a rare vintage doll for his pregnant wife, Mia. The gift soon turns sour. A brutal killing happens next door, and that same night two members of a satanic cult break into the Gordon house. After the attack, something clings to the doll. Doors swing on their own, the radio crackles, and Mia grows certain that whatever now lives in Annabelle wants her unborn child.
