Black Box

Black Box (2020) is a science-fiction horror film you can watch online on iFILM. A car crash leaves Nolan without his wife and without his memory. It also leaves him alone with a young daughter who feels like a half-stranger.

The amnesia chips away at his life in small ways: he forgets to pick Ava up from school again, and child services start circling. Out of desperation, Nolan agrees to Dr. Lillian Brooks's experimental method — hypnosis sessions with a device meant to recover his erased memories. But something stalks him inside those sessions: a contorted figure from his nightmares creeps closer, and the scenes surfacing look less and less like his own past. Mamoudou Athie, Phylicia Rashad and newcomer Amanda Christine lead the cast.
