About

Synopsis

White Men Can't Jump (1992) is a sports comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM. On the sun-baked blacktops of Los Angeles, money games are everywhere, and two hustlers spend the film trying to fleece each other before they wise up and team up.

Billy (Woody Harrelson) makes a living off other people's assumptions. Opponents look at a scrawny white guy and bet he can't shoot, can't jump, can't hang. They're wrong. Sidney (Wesley Snipes) is a streetball star who sees the con coming a mile off. The two clash, trash-talk, gamble on each other, and slowly figure out that as a pair they can walk off the court with a lot more cash. Both carry debts. Both have women tired of waiting for them to grow up.

Director Ron Shelton, a specialist in sports stories, turns playground swagger into something about trust and the lies we tell to win. Rosie Perez sharpens every scene as Billy's girlfriend. Stream White Men Can't Jump (1992) online on iFILM.
