Domino

Domino Harvey grew up rich as the daughter of a Hollywood actor and got bored stiff by all of it. She walks away from a modeling career for something far more dangerous: tracking down fugitives for cash. Her mentors are the grizzled Ed (Mickey Rourke) and the hot-headed Choco (Edgar Ramirez), who falls hard for her. From there it spirals into a mess of stolen money, the mob, the FBI and a reality-TV crew, until nobody can tell who set up whom.

Scott shoots the whole thing like a fever dream, blown-out film stock, jagged cutting, color pushed past the limit. The script came from Donnie Darko writer Richard Kelly, and the real Domino Harvey consulted on set. Christopher Walken, Lucy Liu and Mena Suvari turn up in the sprawling cast.
