Synopsis
The Specialists (Gli specialisti, 1969) is a Sergio Corbucci Spaghetti Western you can watch online on iFILM. French rock star Johnny Hallyday plays Hud Dixon, a gunman who rides back into Blackstone after his brother is hanged by a mob — and immediately starts pulling at threads the whole town wants left alone.
Behind the lynching sits a stolen cache of gold that disappeared after a bank robbery, and everyone in Blackstone seems to have a stake in keeping its location secret. Mario Adorff and Françoise Fabian represent something like law and order, but in a town where the conspiracy runs this deep, authority is mostly decoration.
