Synopsis

Wing Commander (1999) — watch online on iFILM: a sci-fi action film adapted from the landmark video game series of the same name. Freddie Prinze Jr. leads as Lieutenant Christopher Blair, with Matthew Lillard as his wisecracking wingman Todd "Maniac" Marshall and Saffron Burrows as Commander Jeanette "Angel" Deveraux.

The 27th century. The Kilrathi Empire — a militaristic alien race — intercepts a Terran navigation device that pinpoints Earth's location. Blair and Marshall scramble to intercept the Kilrathi fleet before it reaches the solar system. Veteran actors Jürgen Prochnow and David Suchet command the fleet side of the story; Mark Hamill appears in a brief but notable role. The film runs 100 minutes of space dogfights and high-stakes countdown tension.
