Mannequin

Mannequin (1987) is Michael Gottlieb's fantasy comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Jonathan, a broke artist, lands a job dressing windows at a Philadelphia department store and falls for a mannequin he once sculpted himself.

Then the dummy wakes up. Her name is Emmy, an Egyptian woman trapped across the centuries by an old spell, and she only comes to life when nobody else is looking. That tiny catch turns Jonathan's romance into one long comedy of bad timing. Together they build window displays that stop traffic and keep the failing store alive, while a slimy manager schemes to ruin it all. Andrew McCarthy and Kim Cattrall star, with a young James Spader as the smarmy supervisor.
