Synopsis

Doubt (2008) is a drama you can watch online on iFILM, written and directed by John Patrick Shanley. A Bronx Catholic school, 1964. Stern principal Sister Aloysius becomes convinced that the popular young priest is too close to one of the boys.

There is no proof. There are no witnesses. Just one nun's certainty and Father Flynn, who calmly denies everything. Meryl Streep plays a woman who trusts her instinct over evidence; Philip Seymour Hoffman is the priest no one can pin down. Caught between them is timid Sister James (Amy Adams), and in a single devastating scene the boy's mother (Viola Davis) tilts the whole argument off its axis.

Shanley adapted his own play, which won the Pulitzer Prize and a Tony. The film earned five Oscar nominations, including all four lead actors and the screenplay. It never tells you who is right. You leave with the exact doubt the title promises. Stream Doubt (2008) online on iFILM.
