Martial Law (1998) is a US–Canadian action-comedy series you can watch online on iFILM, with Hong Kong cinema legend Sammo Hung in the lead role. He plays Shanghai detective Sammo Law, sent to Los Angeles on a case — and drafted into the LAPD whether he likes it or not.

His new colleagues are not impressed at first. He's big, deliberate, and his English is a work in progress. Then the first fight breaks out, and suddenly nobody has notes. Partners Dana Doyle and Lewis MacGreagh get used to working beside someone who can clear a room in seconds. Tim Curry and Arsenio Hall show up in guest roles across the run.
