Daybreakers

It's 2019, and a plague has turned most of humanity into vampires. Human blood is now the scarcest commodity on Earth, and the supply is almost gone. A chance meeting with a small band of survivors leads him to a man who once found a way to reverse the change.

This Australian-American production blends dystopia, horror and neo-noir: chilly glass offices, blood served like coffee, cities that only come alive after dark.
