Synopsis
DC Super Hero Girls: Hero of the Year (2016) is a family animated film you can watch online on iFILM. Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batgirl, Harley Quinn, Bumblebee, Poison Ivy and Katana are competing for the Hero of the Year title — until the villainous Black Opal steals their magical items to forge a weapon that could level everything.
The competition is put on hold and the team has to work together instead of against each other. Director Cecilia Aranovich keeps the story moving at a clip through 72 minutes of action and DC-universe humor aimed squarely at younger audiences.
