My Name Is Nobody

My Name Is Nobody (1973) is a comedy western you can watch online on iFILM. Aging gunslinger Jack Beauregard wants just one thing: to hang up his pistol and sail off to Europe in peace. Fate hands him a strange traveling companion instead.

Henry Fonda plays the weary, legendary gunfighter. Terence Hill is the grinning young drifter called Nobody, who idolizes Beauregard and trails him like a shadow. The kid has a plan of his own: he wants the old man to bow out in style, standing alone against the 150-strong outlaw gang known as the Wild Bunch and carving his name into the myths of the West for good. Beauregard resists the whole idea, but Nobody is stubborn and sly.

Directed by Tonino Valerii with Sergio Leone shaping the project behind the scenes, the film carries the genre's trademark duels, sly humor and an Ennio Morricone score full of mocking whistles and a wink at "Ride of the Valkyries."
