Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy

Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004) is a comedy you can watch online on iFILM. San Diego, the 1970s: the evening news is read by a preening mustache in a burgundy suit who is convinced he's the most important man in town.

Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell) believes a woman belongs on camera only for the fashion segment or a cooking tip. Then the station hires Veronica Corningstone (Christina Applegate), sharp and ambitious and gunning for the anchor chair. Flirtation curdles into open warfare over the desk, dragging in the whole news team: field reporter Brian (Paul Rudd), weatherman Brick with the IQ of a goldfish (Steve Carell), and sports guy Champ (David Koechner). It escalates to a full street brawl between rival crews.
