Night in Paradise

Night in Paradise (낙원의 밤, 2020) is a South Korean crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Director Park Hoon-jung follows a hitman named Tae-goo whose life collapses when he refuses to join a rival syndicate.

That refusal costs him everything. His sister and niece are killed; he destroys the Bukseong chairman in return and slips away to Jeju Island before the gang's enforcer Ma can close in. On the island he meets Jae-yeon, a woman with a terminal illness and no reason left to be careful. The two are strangers drawn together by the same indifference to what happens next.
