Gerard Butler is back as the battered cop who, by now, is half gangster himself. His target is Donnie, the thief played by O'Shea Jackson Jr. Except Nick isn't here to arrest him this time — he wants in on the job. Donnie has fallen in with the Panthers, a Balkan-rooted ring of diamond thieves planning to hit the largest diamond exchange on earth, in Antwerp. Nick wants a cut. Nobody can be trusted, and everyone is quietly working out who sells out whom first.
