Hang 'em High

Hang 'em High (1968) is a western you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Ted Post and starring Clint Eastwood, it opens with cattle drover Jed Cooper mistaken for a rustler and killer. Nine men string him up in an open field and ride off.

Cooper doesn't die. A passing marshal cuts him down, and the rope leaves a scar he carries the rest of the film. Pinning on a lawman's badge again, Jed sets out after the men who hanged him — but the story keeps asking where justice ends and plain revenge begins. Nine names on his list, and a court that rarely moves faster than a noose.
