Rookie soldiers Duke (Channing Tatum) and Ripcord (Marlon Wayans) are pulled into the elite Joe team, whose base hides beneath the Egyptian desert. Their enemy is the MARS corporation run by weapons baron Destro (Christopher Eccleston) and the mercenary Baroness (Sienna Miller), who have unleashed warheads packed with nanomites that can eat a whole city in minutes. Fighting for the Joes is the silent close-combat expert Snake Eyes, matched against Lee Byung-hun's Storm Shadow. Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Dennis Quaid round out the cast.
