Moxie

Moxie (2021) is a Netflix teen dramedy you can watch online on iFILM. Sixteen-year-old Vivian is used to keeping her head down and her mouth shut. But sexism runs deep at her school, and a sharp new girl, Lucy, refuses to play along.

Digging through her mom's old boxes, Vivian finds a stack of riot-grrrl zines from her rebellious youth. So she makes one of her own: an anonymous little pamphlet called Moxie that names what everyone ignores, from the dress code to the gross ranking lists to the way coaches shield their football stars. Copies turn up in bathroom stalls, girls start inking hearts on their hands, and a quiet stunt grows into a full movement. Hadley Robinson plays Vivian, with Amy Poehler as her mother.
