Keith Gill, an ordinary guy from Massachusetts with a YouTube channel, pours his savings into GameStop shares and films himself doing it. Paul Dano plays him with the quiet stubbornness of a man who simply refuses to lie. The idea catches. Nurses, students, cashiers start buying the stock that the big funds had written off as dead. The price goes vertical. Wall Street billionaires, played by Seth Rogen and Vincent D'Onofrio among others, watch their money evaporate and start fighting dirty.
