Synopsis
The Care Bears Movie (1985) is the original theatrical adventure featuring the beloved characters you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Arna Selznick and produced by Nelvana, this Canadian-American animated film — running 76 minutes — brought the American Greetings toy line to the big screen for the first time.
A brother and sister struggling to settle into a new town cross paths with the Care Bears just as trouble is brewing elsewhere. A neglected young magician's apprentice named Nicholas finds an ancient spell book, and the book is not interested in being helpful. It turns him against everyone around him, spreading a cold indifference through the world. The Bears and their cousins, the Care Bear Cousins, must team up to reach Nicholas before the book's grip becomes permanent.
