Abominable

Abominable (2019) is a DreamWorks and Pearl Studio animated feature you can watch online on iFILM. Director Jill Culton follows Yi, a teenage girl in Shanghai who finds a young Yeti hiding on her apartment rooftop.

The creature broke out of a secret lab, and a wealthy collector named Burnish is hunting it down with the help of a zoologist voiced by Sarah Paulson. Yi names her shaggy friend Everest and sets out to take him home, all the way to the Himalayan peak he was named after. Tagging along are her neighbors: vain, basketball-obsessed Jin and his little cousin Peng. The catch? Everest can bend nature itself, summoning fields of yellow flowers and a wave of blueberries the size of a house.
