About

Synopsis

Schindler's List (1993) is Steven Spielberg's wartime drama you can watch online on iFILM in high quality. Liam Neeson plays Oskar Schindler — a Nazi Party member and factory owner in occupied Kraków who hired Jewish workers from the ghetto as cheap labor. Janusz Kaminski shot all 195 minutes in stark black and white, giving the film the look of recovered wartime footage.

At Schindler's side is accountant Itzhak Stern, played by Ben Kingsley — the man who understood the plan before his employer did. Across the wire stands camp commandant Amon Goeth, Ralph Fiennes at his most chilling, a figure who killed on a whim. As the Eastern Front collapsed, Schindler compiled a list of over a thousand names and paid for each one himself.

Screenplay by Steven Zaillian, music by John Williams — a lone violin that stays with you long after the credits. The film won seven Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Director, and is drawn from Thomas Keneally's novel built on the testimonies of Schindler's survivors.
