Synopsis
The Guest (2014) is Adam Wingard's lean thriller you can watch online on iFILM. A charming stranger named David shows up at the Peterson home, claiming he served alongside their son who was killed overseas.
The grieving family takes him in for a few days. He's polite, helpful, quick to defend their bullied teenage son and even quicker to win everyone over. Daughter Anna (Maika Monroe) isn't sold. The more she digs into David's story, the more bodies start turning up around him. Dan Stevens carries the whole thing on a smile that flips from warm to lethal in a single cut.
