The Cosby Show (1984–1992) is an NBC sitcom you can watch online on iFILM. Bill Cosby and Phylicia Rashad play Cliff and Clair Huxtable — an OB/GYN and a corporate attorney raising five kids in a Brooklyn brownstone. Eight seasons, every Thursday night, for eight years straight.

The show ran on domestic comedy: whose homework didn't get done, where the money went, and teenagers who were absolutely certain their parents knew nothing. Malcolm-Jamal Warner as eldest son Theo and a very young Keshia Knight Pulliam as Rudy became audience favorites. What set it apart was the matter-of-fact premise: a successful Black family living comfortably, with no novelty made of their race and no punchline built around it.
