Synopsis

Cross picks up the trail of a contract assassin known as Picasso, played by a gaunt, wired Matthew Fox. The man does not just kill — he announces his targets and savors the chase. When the killer turns on Cross's own family, the case becomes a private war with no rules left. Edward Burns plays his partner, Rachel Nichols his wife, and Jean Reno brings the weight of a wealthy French businessman tangled in the hunt.
