His father gave him up to an orphanage as a boy, so every shift means earning his place at the operating table all over again. The staff splits between those who mock him and those who slowly become his anchor. Between hard surgeries, Ali learns friendship, runs into jealousy and falls in love for the first time. The cast is led by Taner Olmez, Onur Tuna and Sinem Unsal.
