Star Trek: Enterprise (Seasons 1–4)
The future is closer than you think.
Synopsis
Star Trek: Enterprise (2001) is a science-fiction series you can watch online on iFILM. It's a prequel, set a full century before Captain Kirk, back when humanity was still learning how to fly between stars.
The year is 2151. For decades the Vulcans kept Earth penned inside its own solar system. Then the NX-01 Enterprise rolls out of the shipyard, the first vessel fast enough to reach deep space on a Warp 5 engine. Captain Jonathan Archer (Scott Bakula) takes her out, with the cool Vulcan science officer T'Pol (Jolene Blalock), engineer Trip Tucker and the cheerful Denobulan doctor Phlox beside him. Every new world brings a new species, some friendly, plenty not. Midway through, the crew gets pulled into a Temporal Cold War and a hunt for the Xindi, a race bent on wiping Earth out.
Created by Rick Berman and Brannon Braga, the show ran on UPN from 2001 to 2005, four seasons and 98 episodes. One odd touch: instead of an orchestral fanfare, the opening plays a soft-rock ballad, a first for the franchise. At its heart it traces how a handful of Earth ships grew into the United Federation of Planets. Stream Star Trek: Enterprise online on iFILM.
