Inferno

Inferno (2016) is Ron Howard's mystery thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Professor Robert Langdon wakes in a Florence hospital with a head wound and a hole where his memory should be. He has no idea how he got to Italy.

Tom Hanks returns as the symbologist, in a film adapted from Dan Brown's novel. When an assassin storms the ward, Dr. Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones) pulls Langdon out into the streets. Clues hidden in the artwork tied to Dante's vision of Hell lead them toward a dead billionaire geneticist who engineered a plague meant to thin out humanity, then buried the trigger. The clock is short, and Langdon can't tell ally from enemy.

The third outing after The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons runs through Florence, Venice and Istanbul, with chases winding through museums, cisterns and basilicas.
