Synopsis
The Bourne Legacy (2012) is the spy action thriller you can watch online on iFILM. As Jason Bourne's name fills the headlines, the CIA rushes to bury its other black programs — and field agent Aaron Cross is marked for deletion.
Jeremy Renner plays Cross. He isn't Bourne, but he comes from the same machine: chemistry and conditioning turned a regular soldier into a precision weapon. When his handlers decide to erase everyone tied to the program, Aaron is cut off from his meds, his cover and his orders, left with one task — stay alive. His path crosses Dr. Marta Shearing (Rachel Weisz), the one scientist who knows what the pills really do. Both are hunted by a cold-eyed operations chief played by Edward Norton.
The fourth film in the franchise was directed by Tony Gilroy, screenwriter of the original Bourne trilogy. Its story runs alongside the events of The Bourne Ultimatum and widens the world without Matt Damon on screen.
