The Fallout

The Fallout (2021) is Megan Park's drama you can watch online on iFILM. It centers on Vada, a high schooler whose ordinary teenage life splits in two after a shooting on campus.

Jenna Ortega plays the girl who survives the day hidden in a bathroom stall beside a classmate, Mia (Maddie Ziegler). That terrifying hour throws the two together, and out of shared shock grows a fragile, unlikely friendship. On the surface Vada goes back to normal. Underneath, nothing fits anymore — talks with her parents stall, old comforts feel hollow, and she numbs the ache with parties and choices she never used to make. The film refuses to assign blame or preach. It just stays close to a teenager nobody taught how to keep going.
