Gabimaru was once the deadliest shinobi his village had ever produced. He tried to quit — for his wife's sake — and ended up on death row. The problem: his body simply refuses to die. So the authorities make a deal. Travel to Shinsenkyo, a mythical island somewhere beyond the edge of the known map, and bring back an elixir of immortality. Do that and every charge disappears. He won't go alone — executioner Sagiri Asaemon is assigned to watch over him, blade ready. A whole group of condemned killers gets the same offer, each one fighting for their own version of a future.

The island does not cooperate. Its creatures follow no rules of nature, and the landscape itself kills faster than any opponent. MAPPA brings the same visual intensity here that it put into Jujutsu Kaisen — tight choreography, brutal stakes, and a story that refuses to slow down.
