Thief

Thief (1981) is Michael Mann's crime drama and thriller you can watch online on iFILM. James Caan plays Frank, a master safecracker chasing one last big score and the ordinary life he thinks it will buy him.

Frank works clean and alone, specializing in diamonds. He's mapped out the whole future: a house, a wife, kids, a quiet retirement funded by money that looks almost legitimate. To get there faster, he takes a major job from Chicago boss Leo. The trouble is the mob never lets go of a useful man. The closer he gets to the end, the clearer it becomes that freedom won't be paid for, it'll be torn loose. Tuesday Weld plays the woman Frank is trying to build that escape around.
