Switch (1991) is an American fantasy comedy directed by Blake Edwards that you can watch online on iFILM. Ellen Barkin plays Amanda with surprising commitment — not a drag-show impression but a full character, a man rattled by being on the receiving end of everything he spent years dishing out. Jimmy Smits plays Steve's best friend, the only person who knows the truth and has no idea what to do with it. The film drops Amanda into the New York advertising world, surrounded by people who would have treated Steve very differently.
