Synopsis
Breezy (1973) is an American romantic drama directed by Clint Eastwood — watch online on iFILM. It's one of the few films where Eastwood stepped fully behind the camera without appearing on screen. William Holden plays Frank, a middle-aged real estate agent who picks up a young hitchhiker named Breezy (Kay Lenz) and immediately tries to send her on her way.
The age gap is glaring and the film doesn't pretend otherwise — that honesty is what gives the story its weight. Frank and Breezy share almost nothing except, eventually, a willingness to stop hiding. A quiet, unhurried picture from 1973, closer to character study than conventional romance.
