Synopsis

Seconds after escaping a planet overrun by Necromongers, Riddick, Jack and the Imam are scooped up by a mercenary vessel. The ship's owner has a peculiar hobby: she freezes living fighters mid-motion and keeps them as statues in a private gallery. Riddick is the centerpiece she has always wanted. The only way out runs through dark corridors packed with mutants, with nothing but a shiv and the kind of brutality that made Riddick infamous in the first place.
Chung's sharp angles and high-contrast animation suit the franchise's grim aesthetic far better than a conventional cartoon style would. The film was released directly to DVD as an expanded-universe companion piece.
