Synopsis

Nino Brown (Wesley Snipes) builds the Cash Money Brothers and seizes the drug trade in Harlem. He turns an entire apartment complex into a fortified crack factory, pulls in a million dollars a week, and believes nothing can touch him. Two cops come after him: the hotheaded Scotty (Ice-T) and his partner Nick Peretti (Judd Nelson). To crack Nino's operation, Scotty has to pose as a dealer and work his way inside the crew. From there come the betrayals, the shootouts, and the slow collapse of an empire.
