Point Blank

Paul (Anthony Mackie) is working a quiet night shift until a badly wounded patient, Abe (Frank Grillo), lands in his ward — the prime suspect in a high-profile killing. Abe's brother grabs Paul's wife and sets the terms: get the patient out of the hospital alive. From that moment the nurse and the criminal share one goal and a clock that's running out. Gangsters and crooked cops are both hunting them, while a detective played by Marcia Gay Harden runs an angle of her own.
